We Provide A Good Quality Product That Performed Extremely Well On the Engines And Tests That Have Carried Out. It will Produce Satisfactory Fuel Savings And Good Performers For Your Vehicle, Powered By Petrol Or Diesel It Has To Be Fitted According To The Instructions And Your Vehicle Needs To Be In Proper Working Order And Serviced As Directed By The Vehicle Manufacturer. You Can Have Best Results Of Your Generator When You Driving In A Sensible Manner. We make no promise of definitive fuel savings, we can only state what have been achieved upon tasting and run on vehicles, and customer reports before and after figures.

By purchasing and installing any of these items you are agreeing to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all damage or injury caused by improper installation and or misuse of this item and agree to release the company the seller from any and all liability whatsoever and agree to hold the seller harmless from any and all claims.

Upon our research we have found no indication of damage to engines by using this device. However we do not guarantee that no damage will occur to any part of the vehicle or engine that is fitted to and therefore are not covered by product warranty and no claim or part claim will be considered. In addition no claim will be considered in the event of the device failing due to a fault in its manufacture.

We do not warranty any other parts of the vehicle our device is fitted to, whether it be wiring or mechanical or any part of the body or whole.

Papas Hydrogen Systems Ltd Director or any employees or sub contractors are not liable for any costs in addition to the replacement or repair of faulty parts of our Hydrogen generators due to a manufacture defect and are limited to the price paid for the generator.

Papas Hydrogen Systems Ltd selling this hydrogen generators in good faith and expects that the customers has the device fitted correctly adhering to the instructions and seek additional professional help if they don’t understand the instructions and they use the device in a proper and sensible manner to which it has intended.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

KEEP THE PACKAGING AND BOX IN THE EVENT OF RETURN / SERVICE

We have made an effort so you can enjoy the gains from using your Hydrogen Generator which should operate without fault if the instructions to install and operate it are followed.

We therefore offer a warranty for 12 months from despatch date as an indication that we will replace the Hydrogen Generator or repair it during that time under warranty for defect in manufacture but not caused by misuse or damage from incorrect installation or use or maintenance.

The final decision if a claim is valid under the terms of our warranty, is by Papas Hydrogen Systems Ltd and no third party, once returned for inspection to our office. The return postage is not covered by warranty, the post costs of sending it back to the customer after warranty repair is covered. It is the customers responsibility to return the part or parts under warranty at their own cost.

Where there is no warranty claim applicable replacement parts may be ordered which will be send after payment received for the postage.

Due to manufacture processes and quality control some parts are not available individually. We can offer individual rebuild services if required in the event of damages or breakages or service requirements such as cleaning. The Generators need to be returned to our office and workshop by registered post for signature on receipt to: Papas Hydrogen Systems Ltd, 18 Vale Road, Portslade, E.Sussex, BN41 1GF.

Warranty only covers the Hydrogen Generator unit, it does not cover braided hose, wires, relay, clamps, fuse, cable ties, switch, plastic elbows or any other items used by the installer.
